Launching and running a tax free bike scheme

Launching the Ladybird Ride to Work Scheme is quick and easy and we will support you and your staff every step of the way.

These simple stress free steps will have you up and running (cycling!) in no time.

1. Contact  Ladybird to sign up and register 
2. Let your staff know it's available, our free literature will help you do this
3. Employees choose their bike, obtain a quote and send it to Ladybird
4. Ladybird confirms their eligibilty with you and provides addendums to contracts
5. We will send you an invoice for their chosen package
6. As soon as Ladybird receives payment we will send the employee a voucher to go and pick up their bike
7. The employee arranges collection with the bike store, taking along their voucher and photo id.

It really is as simple as that, no catches, no fees and no hassle.....
