

Childcare Vouchers can only be requested if your employer has agreed to take part in a Childcare Voucher Scheme. You agree to a salary sacrifice up to a value of £243 per month. You will sign an agreement with your employer to agree to exchange this amount of your pre-taxed salary each month for childcare vouchers.
Ladybird will invoice your Employer each month to collect the agreed amount and once we receive those funds we pay the child carer of your choice as per your instruction.
Our Childcare Vouchers are unique in that they are completely flexible, you can change the amount you require to suit your childcare commitments.
The Vouchers can then be used to pay for your childcare for children from 0-16 years old, including; Day Nurseries, Childminders, Before & After School Clubs, Holiday Schemes, Nannies and even Au Pairs.
